Item Donation Form

If you're planning to donate items, please complete the Item Donation Form once for each item you plan to contribute. The form must be submitted by Monday, September 23.

Donated items must be dropped off at the Terrell Chamber of Commerce (1314 W. Moore Ave.) no later than Friday, October 3 at 4:00 PM. Online bidding for Silent and Premiere Auction items will open on Monday, October 13.

If you need us to pick up an item, please email saydee@terrelltexas.com to schedule a pickup.
